Met a soldier that was walking through down town today after I left the lumber mill, I pulled .........

the Mighty Tundra over to the side of the road in a heart beat and did my best to jump out and show that I am still a young man, wrong move Ray

He was a young man and fully dressed in his United States Army dress, I was so proud of him, I shook his hand and held it tight and said thank you, you are my hero

From that point we talked awhile, he was a sharp young soldier, just got home from his second tour in Iraq and waiting to deploy for his third, then he said to me while tightening his grip, Thank you Marine, how cool was that for this older fart, made my year so I went home and decided to honor him and those that serve today, tell you what, they make me so proud, so young but some things never change
