metal detecting mags in the UK

hi there
are there still any metal detecting mags in the UK
i have been out the hobby since 2002 and have been around the shops and haven't been able to find any
there was 2 mags back in 2002
off out tomorrow with my gti2500, its been in the spare room since 2002 lol
