A couple of days ago, while using my Deus, the pinpointer was very inconsistent. Sometimes when turned on, it would give the right screen on the remote but wouldn't detect metal. Sometimes it would work for a short while, sound like an overload or something and quit detecting. Sometimes the pinpoint screen wouldn't shut off when the pointer was turned off. It never worked right any of the dozen or so times I tried. Finally, I deleted it and paired it again and presto, it is now working right. If you have any problems with the pinpointer try this, cheap and easy.
Another time, I was having trouble fully charging the elliptical HF coil. Since I have the 9" round HF one, I switched the batteries and then they both charged up right. It might have been just the disconnecting and rebooting that helped but now the elliptical one charges correctly.
