I do not know much about military buttons. I found this in a yard that I had access to. The shank is off of it and there is no writing on the back its just flat? Any Ideas?

I didn't want to scrub the back of the button and it was filled with dirt but once I soak it in water the clump came off. I thought the button has nothing on the back of it but it had these posts I cleaned it by zapping it

Is is a ww 1 collar disc. If it did have collector value the cleaning would have ruined it. Just some advice, clean items like this lightly and leave the green patina. Nice find
