MINE LAB Customer Service is # 1

I talked to Sandra last week at MINELAB. Like always she took care of my problem. I like many of you, love this great Hobby of ours. It's very comforting to know that when an occasional problem gets thrust into the busy matrix of our lives, that a wonderful Company such as MINELAB takes care of us. Mine was a simple as a cover for my Explorer II, But it's the professionalism that is demonstrated by such a wonderful company that makes everything better. I received the cover in less than 3 days!!! The Customer service that was received this time was the same wonderful service I always get from Sandra at MINELAB. That's why I'm a MINELAB user.
The technology is the best in the Business, the Customer Service and Support is the best in the business. What more could a person ask for? If your thinking about buying a MINELAB Detector,trust me,no matter which one you choose, you can't go wrong.
Thanks again MINELAB for making my Experience with Metal Detecting
the best it can be.

Not at all Bob. I'm a Blue Collar guy that just happens to speak the truth. I call a spade a spade most of the time. For those people that know me, they will attest to this fact. I know on this Forum, it's like preaching to the quire, but I couldn't let these simple things go unnoticed. Try saying the same nice thing about your car company, or any company for that fact. I will challenge anyone to say the same. I truly have never found another company that has gone that extra mile like MINELAB. I'm one of these demanding people when it comes to customer service and I just feel as a consumer you should get the best for your money. MINELAB is just the first Company that has actual lived up to my high standards. As far as money goes, you can't put a price on that. Thanks for your question and response.

Minelab,I contacted Sandy a couple week's ago about a coil issue with my SE.Sandy listened to my concern an within a week the replacement was at my house.Sandy has also taken the time to explain there product's an because of this i have contacted Kellyco an ordered a second minelab detector,Excalibur 1000.I have confidence in these minelab products.an knowing that any problem should arise,Minelab has proven that no matter how small the problem is ,they will do what they can to maintain there fine line of detectors.An today i will be calling Kellyco an ordering my third detector from Wanda,a SD2200V2.
