Minelab Customer Service Europe, 1st class

Had a very small problem with the the keypad on my 70(still under guarantee), sent the control box over to Minelab in ireland and it was back within a week! and they not only replaced the keypad but put a divider in the battery compartment and a new battery door,plus tested it to full specs. Excellent!.
The minor problem was a couple of the central buttons would sometimes need a second push to react and because I knew I would'nt be using it for a while I thought I would get it checked out.

Hi Des Dunne,

Great to know that Minelab takes such care - up to now I've heard only great things about your service in the US and Europe (one of the reasons I have chosen a Minelab, second one was the DVD Minelab Australia had send me - after my request for information - within a few days). Quick question: Is it generally possible to send a XTerra70 (out of warranty) to Ireland for an inspection/calibration?
