They had too much debt and there was a forcible takeover, ala Ivan Boetski and Michael Milken. What will happen is the company will be broken up into its various entities to stand alone or die. [Maybe the X-terras was an omen as their prices are much lower.]

Too much debt, not enough stock under their control and we have a hostile takeover. The Parent company will be broken up and the various entities will be sold off, ala Ivan Boestki. Say hello to the 80's. Who knows, maybe F.T. is in their future.
But I guarantee the dealer/pricing scheme has to change.
