General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Advertisements not adhering to the above rules will be deleted without warning or notification.

MINELAB MAINTENANCE.....WOW! :clapping:

For the past couple of years there have been many posts on this forum bashing Minelab's Maintenance of Excaliburs. I was one of the posters.
This week I sent my Excalibur II in for maintenance. 2 Days after I put the detector in the mail a nice young lady named Nadia gave me a call saying my detector had arrived. Just 3 days after that she called again to say my detector had been repaired and that it was being shipped back to me. I give credit to this turn-around to the new Manager named Jeff who I also talked to. YES.....my detector was fiixed and sent in just 3 DAYS ! :clapping: Jeff had quoted a 10 day expectation over the phone to me and beat that standard convincingly.

CONGRATULATIONS JEFF.....CONGRATULATIONS MINELAB !

Those of us who seriously use Excaliburs know that one of the greatest obstacles to our success was the previous terrible maintenance at Minelab. We had a tough time finding anything if our Excaliburs were away for months for maintenance. Congragulations Jeff for your hard work. Jeff tackled an impossible job and completely turned around a bad situation in a short period of time . It is greatly appreciated. :cheers:
 
WOW they uped the prices ...buy at least they put the money where they belong ...it this keeps up ...they will have the best detectors and the best service

Well that's GREAT NEWS!!-----It's too bad Minelab didn't hire (or promote) Jeff to that position a long time ago!----With that kind of prompt service/repair turn around time---there's brighter days ahead for both us and Minelab.
