When adjusting the screws for my height, about what height do I want to attachment area to be for the best results?

That is something that only YOU know. That’s what all the different adjustable things are for. Be sure to spend the time to get it RIGHT! Skimping on time in the setup process will make for some lousy hunting sessions.
 
The most important adjustment is in the strut arm to be adjusted so it will stay in place no matter how you twist or bend over, it will not come apart . The Pro swing is a very nice piece of equipment and addition to the hobby in which you can swing any size coil all day long !
