Due to a sholder injury I jumped in and got a Pro-swing 45 to help me out. It has this screw thing that you have to adjust to make it the right height for you ...Now I have to figure this out, but you have to adjust it put it together check it out, pull it apart readjust it, try it out. I am not to sure about this thing...Anyone have any ideas ?
