Minelab Repair Service !!

Sent my Safari in last week to have it repaired. I was told it will take 30 buisness days or the equilavent of 6 weeks. It makes me wonder how many Minelabs are broke down at one time. Hopefully they will get it done faster, but I am not holding my breath.
 
Yikes! .....that is a long time. If a company can't service a warrantied product within 30
days ... they should provide a loaner.

Wonder if there is any consumer protection in that area. Would not hurt to research.
At the very least, you should be compensated in some way as a result!
