it is an Explorer Emulator. Found it on a Minelab forum somewhere. It is a zip file. I haven't done anything bu down load it but from the reviews from others it sounds like it is even better than a previous program the guy had written.

Guess it emulates an Explorer. So maybe everyone can still detect in the winter time - even if it is only an emulation.
