Here is what I got at this last weekends hunt. I will start off with what I won after I found the Seated Dime on Sunday. There was a drawing for a Spanish Piece Of Eight Reale and I was the Lucky person to have the winning ticket. It has a Certificate of Authenticity with it also. This will look very nice with my other Treasure's I have in my collection. I believe it is a 1654 Spanish 8 Reale. One other unbelievable thing happened to me also during the Hunt. We had a Poker Hunt that had Clad Dimes inside folded Playing Cards. 3 People to a team, the 1st and 2nd people got to go out and find 2 Cards each and the 3rd got to find only 1 card. I was paired with Rich Alfano and his son. Rich told me and his son that he wanted us to go out and find a Pair of Aces each and then he would go out and find a High Card. I told him I programmed it into my Explorer XS and the Hunt began. His son came back since we let him go first with a Queen and a 6 and then it was my turn. I went out and found my 2 Cards and came back and Rich went out and found a Card but I don't remember for sure what he got. Anyways, I opened up my first card and it was an Ace of Diamonds. Then I opened up my second card and it was again an Ace of Diamonds. Talk about Luck of just finding 2 Aces, but to find the same suit was unbelievable. Rich couldn't believe that I got what I told him I was going to get and neither could I. We ended up getting 2nd Place which we received a Walking Liberty Half each. Something I will never forget. Now onto the rest of the recoveries. I also retrieved 13 Eisenhower Dollars,5 Susan B. Anthony Dollars, and 6 Clad Kennedy Halves. For Silver I got 2 Walking Liberty Halves,1 Kennedy 1964 Half,1 Standing Liberty Quarter,13 Washington Quarters,1 Barber Dime,22 Mercury Dimes, and 31 Roosevelt Dimes. I also found 1 Sterling Silver Ring. I only found 1 Nickel which was a 1913-d Buffalo Nickel. I also got my first American Large Cent for my collection dated 1818,5 Indian Heads, and 30 Wheat Pennies. I also won a bottle of Liquor, 3 Different Knives, a Cooler with a 2 Liter of Pepsi, a Power Strip, and a 3-way Power Plug. I also won the 50/50 Raffle of $48.00 at the Club Meeting after the Hunt. The Hunt was a lot of fun, a Big Success, and I must say thanks to all the members for the cooking of all the great food and helping out on the burial of all the Coins for the Hunt. You picked up the IH by my camper, then a silver rosie by the bathrooms while waiting to hunt. Then go over to the playground and get the seated dime, then to go back and win the raffle for the reale. Some people have all the luck don't they?? Way to go James!!
Great to see someone get all the luck and even though some didn't do so good I think everyone had a great time. These hunt are nice as we all can get together and the friendship is the real treasure of these hunts.

Was that your New Digital Camera or one of the other's you own? The Picture sure is Crystal Clear. Can you tell that Dale is pouting since he couldn't find any Barber??? Just kidding Dale! The Hunts are a lot of fun and I wouldn't miss one for the world. Thanks for the post Rick and Good Luck and HH when you get out.

Alot of good finds there James. I came out ahead with my finds for the hunt also. Awesome you found that seated with the Joey. I haven't used mine much but there are times when I feel it would come in handy. Sorry we had to beat you in the Poker Hunt but you can't win them all... Oh, and just a little insight, there were two Aces side by side right in front of where we were standing Good luck this week and HH!!!

The only difference between your 2 Aces and my 2 Aces is that yours were your 2 Hunting Partner's which were wearing 2 different "suits" and my 2 Aces were the Cards which were printed with the same "suits". Sure was a fun time like always and Good Luck and HH to you this month yourself Mike.
