Missing programs

Hello guys. For some strange reason I can't find the factor programs on my deus remote like basic 1 deus fast etc. I'm updated to 4.0 any help would be great

At turn on are seeing seeing V4 in the window?

I'm seeing v4 upon start up I bought my deus ws5 from a friend of mine. It came with relic and sifter personally added. But I believe the program numbers start at 11 on my remote. I don't have gold field, gold max power, basic 1 or 2

Thank you for the info. Im going to check on a few things this evening.

Something must be wrong.

But all the program parameters are in the manual if you need to know.

. I only have 11 to 16 which 4 of those are custom programs someone else put in. the deus is practically new it was a back up.

You can NOT 'manually install programs 1 through 10'. These are factory set. Reinstall v4.0 and the 'factory programs' should be there.

Re-installing is about the only thing I can think of that may work.
If that doesn't work a call to Moe at XP Americas would be the next call.
Also call your friend and get a copy of the original receipt for any warranty work.

Just know if you re-install any version that your saved programs will be lost.
Best to write down all the paramaters of your 11 to 16 programs so you can re-build them after your new install.

Thanks Tony. I took care of it this morning, probably just a minor hiccup with the v4 my friend downloaded. I think the reinstall will be fine. I just want to be able to use my deus after I come in from offshore in 10 days. been reading Andy's book faithfully out here.
