first time for Jan 15 to be this cold for more than 10 years to not have snow and ice on the ground! We've really had warmer winters on the whole for a long time! In the 50's it was so cold with snow and ice on ground that it was way below zero on New Year's Eve.....but young and foolish....we went to a New Year's party anyway.....sure wouldn't now! Hope all are keeping warm! Cliff and I have been staying indoors...but gotta do errands soon and get some food....Ma's cubboard is sure getting bare!  God Bless! Betty

Don't think I haven't thought about it, Steve, and I did have some mags on retiring in new homes in retirement villages in AZ and etc, but just too far away from my kids and everyone I know! God Bless! Betty

I do not know if ole Al hibernates or not but he needs to spend the winter in the Midwest and then I wonder if he would still say, Global Warming? We'll hear a lot from OB- and pay for all of his making the world greener! God Bless! Betty
