Wife gave me a 5” Kruzer coil for Christmas. My buddy just bought a 6” coil for his Nox 800. So the day after Christmas was a good day to try them out. We went to an old trash lot that we have been searching for a long time. We had about decided that it was getting time to quit hunting this site. Tried this trash lot the weekend before & found one memorial cent. Small coils made all the difference in the world. Soon as we started hunting, I found the Mobil Lapel pin. I was definitely happy with that find. Found an old button, marble, jefferson nickel and old wheat penny. Thought I was doing good but my hunting buddy tore me up. He ended up with 3 wheat pennies, jefferson nickel, buffalo nickel and a “v” nickel. Was a short hunt due to getting rained out but will be back soon.
