More gold with Aquastar

This morning I went to a very heavy hunted local beach and reached a goal that I had set for my self. It was easy to tell that it had been hunted last night since there was very few coins to be found. However I ran my tight pattern and I got three 14K gold rings and a 14K gold heart pendulum. The smallest ring weights 0.7 grams. This bring me up to 27 gold items in the time period from June 10th to July 10th. As many of you know that I only found 27 gold items from the first of the year until the middle of May. My goal was to equal this amount of gold finds in a month with my Aquastar. Saturday I had found several gold teeth but I don't count them since they are not jewelry.

Gold Teeth? <IMG SRC="/forums/images/smile.gif" BORDER=0 ALT=":)">
Do the teeth come from people that were 'offed' on the beach? Seems like if they were from cremated people the gold would be long gone.
Good job Terry on the gold count. I went out on the beach for about an hour this morning with the deepstar, but as you said, only a couple clads and one white gold earring for me. The beach has been hunted to death last week during the holiday season and the weather hasn't been bringing too many people to the beaches yet.
Oh well, it's better than working <IMG SRC="/forums/images/smile.gif" BORDER=0 ALT=":)">
Happy Hunting...

The gold teeth come from people snorkeling. When they pull out the mouth piece. Sometimes they pull their teeth out. I used to get a lot of them at Hanauma Bay when I was using my Excalibur. A friend of mine found a complete upper plate because there was wires on the end for the wisdom teeth. He turned it into lost and found but we never checked to see if somebody claimed them.
