Here are some more finds from the old aristocrat settlement In Wallachin. One of the .303 British shells is a blank for use in ceremonies and such. The gold guilt curtain rods are from the Wallichin Hotel. Found a positive reading on a rock in the foreground, so I cracked it open, it sparkles shiny grey. The square copper tag is a 1900 mining tag. The dial and wire bits are from a thermistor, some had rhodium and platinum in them. All on top of an old 1988 Garrett brochure!
The detectors used were the Scorpion and my trusty Master Hunter 7.

Great machines used to find them as well. I've never had an ADS, but I got my Grand Master Hunter in 1988 and it still works as well as it did on the day that I took it out of the box.
