More old coins from the fields...

Big Fang, Mike(MI) and I got into some good fields Saturday and here's my keepers. I also dug a 1938 U.K. coin that I gave to my grandson because it has a cool ship on it. One of the best farm field days I've had in a long time!

Nice finds! Hard to get two large cents, a 2 cent piece and three early Indian Heads and a seated dime all in the same day. Excellent hunt!

Very nice finds Neal.:clapping: Those old farmers long ago must have had a lot of holes in their pockets. Great job and good luck if you and BF (Mike) make it back to that field. HH.

Theres just no places like that around here in southeast Ky where I live. Would any of you guys be willing to share a hunt with an old ky boy hoping to learn how to detect?

@dmitchstevens I no longer live in that area, so I cant help you, but I can tell you SE KY is an absolute hotspot, perhaps one of the best places in America to detect. Youve got stuff from every period of American history in the ground there and plently of clean rural areas to find it in. Do some research, get some permission, and try your luck. You will be putting us all to shame in not time.

A lot of cool coins for one day! :clapping:

What a nice batch of old finds Neal:clapping: What a day!
