more silver and some gold for Mojave today...

Out at a different spot for a couple hours with Mojave. It was working very nicely today; soil wasn't full of little hot rocks there, so I ran it "wide open", sensitivity all the way up and GB in low (more negative setting). Found the usual crap; pulltabs, lots of old shot shells, bullet casings, lead, and about $3.25 in clad. Also found a '36 quarter, 925 earring and a cool 10K gold bracelet. Even though the Mojave isn't my favorite Tesoro...it sure does find the goods!

Got all my yard work done today.
Taking my Mojave out for a spin tomorrow.

I agree with hatpin.
Had a disappointing year last year. Started late and got a bunch of clad and 2 silver rings.
The gold still eludes me....
 
Gold / Silver. Same hunt, I'm not used to that. My Mojave should be here in about a week or so.
