Back to the woods! Geez its gonna take me years to cover 160 acres! This place is tricky,as I mentioned before there was alot of bog ore mining going on in here back in the 1800's.That makes for alot of high tone falseing.I try running hot but usually end up cranking her down a bit.Sens.65-80,disc.6-15,notch.1,tones.3h,proc.de-bp.Aot of digging and expermenting with the settings,I believe the most important aspect is ground ballance,in my area it normally runs in the 70's to low 80's but in here I have found it to be as low as the 50's,and trust me it makes a big diff.on what you will see on the number display,as quarters showing slightly higher and dimes somewhat lower.Thats what I find so unique with the ltd. It's so tweekable(if there is such a word) That crushed 925 siver ring is 14 grams!!.and the rosie is a 46.Who knows maybe next time a walker or a SL.....hhhmmm......hh rick in mi.
