I started with a cheap $100 Bh detector, and found my first silver. Moved up quickly to my first Fisher F2 found tons of clad, and it became my back up buddy hunt machine next to my F4. The F4 found me a few silvers, and I learned alot about Fishers between the two. Just pulled the trigger on a used F75 Ltd. I look forward to not having to upgrade so much, and to digging every chance I get with it. I hope I can get as good with the new machine as I was getting to be with that F4. I have been lurking on this site for a couple years now absorbing all the info, and trying it out in the field. Thank you to the guys who post all those great tips. The most useful tip I read, and it helped me find a 1918 Merc at 8 inches with the F4. VID is ok, but (dig by tones.) I enjoy seeing the nice old finds too.:yo:

Welcome!:please::clapping: I'm looking forward to what you think and what you find! I bet you got some pretty good stuff with your other rigs...got any pics and stories of your past hunts?:beers:

Move to the F5 and you won't have to move again unless you are a dig everything guy and willing to dig to 15".

I would post the pic but it is too big to upload. Today was my first hunt with my new LTD. It was a First for me to find a Barber coin today as well. I dug a 1911 Barber dime on my first hunt with my new machine. I'm going hunting again in the morning. WOO HOO!!!

Your hooked now, nice going.

Just adding I sold my first Ltd and just bought a new one a couple of weeks ago myself. But no silver yet.
