Musical insturment found and a model T tie rod

Out of the farm field , this strange musical insturment , aparently beetween arvests they would make merry and i figure they overloaded the model T truck and broke a tie rod

that model t looking tie rod thing may acually be a pindel.... they are usually pionty on the long end..... they were used on very old homes to hang the storm shutters over the windows..... i have found many of them at old home sites......
