MX Sport users/ buyers,,,should read this

mine is in the mail, went out today. cost me 57 buck to ship. i know they said they were paying shipping but buy the time the shipping label to got to me...a week and it goes ups for a week then they get 100 machines to work on on two more weeks, then week back to me.. it turns into a month or more !! i was trying to get the jump.. it is time to hunt now.

Another bad rollout like the MX5 tones problem. It seems like very few detector companies get it right the first time anymore.
I did not know about the problems with the MX and i sold mine back to the shop i bought it because it wasn't what i'd hoped for . But i did notice the issue with the tones so maybe in the future i will keep the MX in mind if i am looking for a new machine , not at all a bad machine but from now on i will wait till a machine has been out a while before i buy it or if i do.

Mine went back the next day after recieving it tone overlap double beep on good targets does not lock on well.I had hopes for Whites sake the MX SPORT was defective.The mxt was one of the best machines I run and still have it.I not on a witch hunt to discredit Whites but have to be honest the best way to recover from this product launch is to recall and clean up the audio,,,,,CEDAR

Same here, Sent my MX Sport out Saturday on my expense.
That was great White's offering to pay the shipping fee, but in my case don't have a home computer or printer to print out the label, and waiting for a label is not fast enough. So mine was in the mail 2-3 day delivery, should be there today.
Ordered the elliptical DD from a dealer, when my MX Sport returns will try the elliptical.
Was concerned the upgrade may effect the current Prospecting mode and All Metal mode, hopefully not because those two modes work great with VCO off position having both a fast recovery and no tone smearing. Snappy setup, will be interesting to see if the upgrade with the other modes is as snappy as the current Prospecting mode with VCO OFF position SAT bumped to 5-6.
I sure hope so, I need the Relic mode to be as fast, it has adjustable iron audio to tone down the iron tone were as Prospecting mode iron audio is locked on loud.
Plus, I think with Relic mode one can tweak the iron disc to accept the upper iron portion as conductive? Lost my MX Sport manual can't remember, Looking forward to getting the MX Sport back.
The MX Sport has the makings to bring in the goods, hopefully the upgrade fixes these issues.

Was looking to buy one to replace my at pro .My friend told me about this site and im glad he did.I guess I will wait really want a new machine though.Got the fever!
