MX7 coils

I have 2 DFX machines 2 Tesoros and just bought an MX7 to add to my herd.
Curious if the coils for a DFX will work with the MX7? Any thoughts on this?

No, as they will need a different coil connector. DFX (eclipse) 5-pin; MX (sport/7) 8-pin.
 
Well that just made my credit card bank happier...

Time to start watching for deals on coils

Their 6" six shooter concentric is a killer on the MX7 especially in bottle cap country.
