MXT coils for V3i

adolfo.martinez

New member
Hi, I'm new to this forum and I have a MXT and a V3i.

For the V3i I have the 10DD (stock coil) only.
For the MXT I have the 9.5 (stock coil), the white's 6x10 DD and an Excelerator D2 Pro10x14.

Now my question is:
Can I use my MXT coils on the V3i?

I didn't just want to connect the coils and see what happen without an advise from one of the V3i experts that are around this forum.
I'm affraid of equipment damage.

Thank's a lot for any input regarding this matter.

Adolfo

The coils won't hurt the V3i. Check your MXT Whites coils, if the number on the mounting tab starts with a V then they are rated for the v3i. If they are not how well they will work you have to try and see. That Excelerater is not rated for the v3i so who knows how well it will work..
