MXT & DFX question

Do you think the DFX is as sensitive and deep s the MXT? I'm thinking about trying to trade a brand new MXT with full warranty for a mint DFX. I've had 8 XLT's and would just like to try a DFX for awile. What would I be losing by trading if anything?

If your happy with the MXT I wouldn't trade. If your MXT is unstable then you will like the DFX. I didn't like the DFX didn't lock in on targets and was not very deep. I kept the XLT and my fisher CZ
70 pro and my 3CZ.

as for me,i didn't like the mxt.the volume is too loud and it has no tone id.the mxt doesn't go any deeper than the dfx and isn't near as versitile.to me it just wasn't as much fun to use as the dfx.
