That was a pretty good turn around, They received her last Monday the 26th, And I have an email with my FedEx tracking number this evening  :fisher:

Cannot wait, Should have her back Tuesday the 3rd ( The day before my birthday, The big 40 birthday lol )

I have a fist full of targets and testing for you all to keep everyone all up to date with what us late January upgraded F75 guys are getting, I know we have a lot of fellow 75'ers debating to send or not...

See if I can help you all out a little... I'll keep my upcoming test here on this thread,

Already hearing a lot of complaints about the Dec/Jan updates regarding the AM mode depth loss :ranting:

90% of all my hunting is in disc. So AM not being on par with the Disc. side of it wouldn't really effect me to much, but a nerfed AM wouldn't make me happy either..

We will have to cross our fingers and hope for the best, this again is why I plan to do some testing for you all and myself.

After air testing is done I plan to try her on a 10" ( might be 11" now) clad quarter I have had in the dirt for 3+ years now where I do my relic hunting.

We'll see,

Tick,Tick---Waiting for some depth tests!!!! March 1st is coming and I,m still on fence. AM is my main interest.

FT received my F75 LTD2 (second round of upgrades) last Thursday, I received my tracking # this morning, looks like FT is on the ball :clapping:

Hopefully my F75 LTD2 is running as strong as ever when it gets back

I have a nice detecting trip lined up for Presidents weekend to some old California sites (late 1700's to mid 1800's), so the F75 will definitel be put to the test :detecting:

Cal, Mine was dropped off at 11:38 this afternoon and I flew home. Glad I did cause the driver left it wide out in the open for anyone to see.

Got to briefly play with her before going back to work and OMG she is a depth monster on air testing my wedding band ( 1950 Franklin half coin ring).

I have nothing pressing me after work and I'm taking my birthday tomorrow off. Nothing but playing with her for the next 30 hours lol.

Let you all know how she does,

got my 11/14 replaced with a 1/15 date and i am getting 16 inches on a nickle in am/bp sens 90.. i am very happy with that..thats right on par with my 11/14 unit..the only problem with the old one was the mama bug..the depth was great in am and disc..

Undr you are besting mine by a bit in AM, just got done doing my air tested. And wile I could still hear the targets past my recorded measurements in AM I was watching the numbers,

My 11" coil in Disc. { With 99 sens and BP , nothing notched or disc.

Merc dime 11.5"
Wa. Qrtr 13"-13.5"
Walk Half 14"
DISC 1 oz round 15.5"
Buffalo Nik 12.5
10k sm ring 12.5"

Merc dime 12.5"
Wa. Qrtr 14"
Walk half 15.5"
AM 1oz round 16.5"-17"
Sens 99 Buffalo nik 13.5"
Thres+3 10k sm. ring 13"-13.5"

In Disc mode I was listening to good tone and repeatability.

Now like I mentioned, I was watching the numbers in AM it went a bit further based on good tone response, I know myself and in AM I watch the numbers due to iron infested sites. In clean ground going for repeatable signals? This thing is crazy deep Period.

I am happy with these results, and even giving up an inch or two in the ground wouldn't break my heart.

Hope this helps some of you all out,

Got mine back as well from about a week or 2 ago when I sent it in. It says 01 15 14 01 24 if same date as yours undrpar I will be awestruck with it!! I bought my black LTD used couple years ago and didn't use much due to all the chatter even with it turned down. Now she's so quiet and I can't wait to give her some time to impress me using it over ground I have covered with other detectors.

Jan 15 2014 I get but is the 01 24 my actual serial no of the machine??

Thanks,
Tom

last 4 digits should be serial number...mine is 01 12..i take it mine was the 112 th unit made in january 2015..i am very pleased with it now..cant wait till all the snow melts..which will prob be in april..i agree that its super quiet..the first time out with mine i was waving coins over the coil to make sure it was still on..lol..i just received permission for a home built in 1718..its on 5 acres..so the f75..is gonna get alot of use when the snow is gone..
