I've been using the Anfibio quit a bit, making some really great finds but I had to listen through a lot of chatter. I've been doing a lot of reading, testing and I gotta say I was under some major power lines yesterday running 3 tone,95 sensitivity and that thing was quiet as a church mouse..
I did three things..Ran the disc upto 15... Turned the Isat to 0 which is off ..And notched out 98 and 99...After that this thing is a beast,it runs very smooth at 95 sens in 3 tone and it's just a great machine... Truth is I didn't care for it before yesterday, yea I used it but the chatter was getting on my nerves. .. Now I couldn't imagine not having it,this thing is a beast, and a smooth running beast at that.... Not sure if anyone else is having trouble with they're anfibio, but if you are try the 3 adjustments I made and see if it helps you .

The Anfibio IS a great detector. Very versatile The adjustability is there to be used when needed. I will recommend Clive J Clynick's book to you. Very helpful all around.

No more EMI , thats great . It is definitely annoying listening to steady chatter from electrical interference. HH
