My Apologies To This Forum

New member
I'd like to apologize for seeming to fill up the forum last night with excessive posts. I'm still fairly new and did not realize (if my PC is working correctly) that while spending the evening going through many of the Watzit posts, that each time I added "my 2 cents" it would move that post to the first page and front of the line so my name could be seen "a hundred times" (exaggeration here). I had no idea the set up of the system did that. I just figured as people searched the older posts, they'd read what we've all put there over time.

Now that I know, I will ease up a bit and just enjoy what everyone has to share. But this is by far the most interesting forum of the bunch. I've seen things that I never knew existed and a couple that I've found and dismissed as junk. And I like the idea of sharing in a common interest without having to wade through political and other factions that tarnish so many other sites like this on the Web. I guess that's what makes this hobby one of the best.

that I know of there is no issue with bringing old post forward- we all do that. You input is definitely appreciated. Thanks for your advice on the big key. CO

Is it normal for the old posts to come forward like that when you post to them?

I think it does, it alerts others as to updates, fresh input, opinions and other ways we share each others finds and enjoy the forum. If you want to discuss or add something on a more private level so to speak, you can email someone. See members only messaging link above. I am just a user so be sure to read the rules, protocols, and or contact the administrator, etc if you have further questions. Would love to see that crucifix, CO

No Problems...If you have input and a post is still relevent, POST away...

HH,

I would like to see a check mark or other notification when a find has been solved...........NGE
