That is one real nice looking coin!
I saw one of those for sale on eBay some time ago. Interesting to know how they were given out. At the time, I thought they might have been included with the purchase of a machine. I should have bought it. The lister had created a pretty bad listing and it did not sell for much. If memory serves there was one pictured in a TH magazine recently as well.

Yeah I'd never seen one before. They come in a silk-lined leather case. They are one ounce of .999 silver so should at least be worth the spot price of silver plus whatever the little gold nugget amounts to. The coin has a mirror finish.
