trac. Seem to be finding good coins in places that we and other have hunted pretty hard.. Got barber dimes (2),,mercury dimes, and indian head pennies, (1887). being one of them at about 8-9 inches. Actually have only used it a 3-4 times but have done pretty well with it. Basically using the Minelab coin mode until I learn a LOT.....Never had a exll so cant compare , but if it is better I should have gotten one a long time ago....Actually many $$ ago..HH.
