Ever since buying a First Texas DX8500 back in '81, I've collected a lot of info on metal detectors, especially those made by First Texas/Bounty Hunter/Teknetics, including models sold through Radio Shack and other outlets. Some of it goes back to the 1970's, when Bounty Hunter was owned by PNI.
Some of this stuff, like vintage manuals and posts from the old BH forum, is getting hard to find, so I decided to put it all online. It's still under construction and I'll be adding more info as I get things converted to html format.
Anyway, here it is! I hope it becomes a useful resource for people seeking info on Bounty Hunter.
