Radio Shack has a nice selection of knobs of different sizes and colors. I didn't see a circular fan or something similar to the chrysanthemum symbol of the Japanese Emperor (usually stamped on the receiver of rifles manufactured for the Imperial Japanese Army). You can see the design on Wikipedia, by Googling "Japanese Arisaka Military Rifles".
If you cannot find the exact knob shown in your url photo, then perhaps one of the RS knobs could work as a substitute (your choice). The RS knobs all appear to fasten-on via a brass set screw and are low cost. I bought the one with the blue end for my Harbor Freight Cen-Tech pin-pointer and have been very satisfied with it. Just Google "Radio Shack" and when you get to their web page, enter "Knobs" in the search window, top-right.
