My F5 is back in the house:wiggle:

I get this wierd itch sometimes that I just have to scratch and to scratch it means that I have to sell detectors. Thats what happened to my F5, it got caught up in scratching an itch. But the person that bought it put it up for sale and I bought it back. Yay for me.

I hope to do a welcome home hunt soon. Got to get past my ASQ CQA exam this sunday. Don't let those professional certifications expire because studying for those five hour exams create a lot of stress that I could do without!

It's hard to beat a f5, probably the best value out there. You don't see many come up for sale because they are so dependable.

My F5 days are over, but my time with it was productive and I'll always remember using it fondly.

My personal F5 experiences wouldn't include the word dependable, it made several trips to El Paso over an approximately three year period. Fortunately, FT was very good about providing service for me.

You were made for the F5, Mike. And you shared with us much good knowledge on it over the years. Good to see you back with it.

Thanks Marcomo.
I certainly clicked with it for what I like to detect for.

Its a bit flaky right now. I think the shipping banging it around might have had an affect. I'll be send mine it in for a checkup soon.
