My feelings about"stepping on others'toes"when it involves Christ...

I have a FIRM belief in Salvation due to the action of Jesus Christ on the cross. When it comes to speaking the truth that you believe;everybody should hear it,yes....Dobbie,dont ever feel you are stepping on someone's toes in sharing the Gospel with them-What each of them choose to do with that message is up to them-I heard the message of the Gospel for years before it finally caught up with me...Our duty is to tell all the message of the Cross-NOT to drag everyone kicking and screaming into church, that doesnt work...Most people I've talked to have had a problem in the past with some denomination where someone was living the "double standard" life-Tell everybody what they should do;and then themselves do whatever they want...I got to admit;Ive seen it myself. They say on Family Life Radio we are all "works in progress",and actions speak louder than any words.

Amen, we are to witness in word and in deed. As Paul wrote, I am running towards the prize. May we all continue to run towards the prize of Christ. We will all stumble at one time or another, but always keep your eyes fixed on Christ.

If we have the chance to tell someone about Christ (and yes we must live it also) and we don't, then their blood is on our hands but if we tell them and they choose or don't choose to follow Jesus then the blood is upon them and not on anyone who spoke the gospel truth to them! I am not ashamed of Jesus and I sure don't want Him to be ashamed of me! Thanks, WG Steve! Rather a few toes get stepped on and bruised than a soul lost to satan without them hearing about Jesus and His salvation grace!

God Bless!

The Lord has to prepare the spirit to receive -- Just plant-- someone will water and He'll make grow May you all have a blessed day -- Graw

Dobbie, please don't think you did or said anything wrong on posting what you believe....never be sorry in telling the truth of our Lord Jesus Christ! I think what Ray was referring to was when you post on their forum and under someone's post that you weren't putting it in the right place and even Mike on our forum mentioned this. I really don't know what the problem is, but just ask about it and as far as your intentions were you didn't hurt anyone and Ray neither.....sooo quit worrying as we all love you and know you love Jesus and His teachings!

If anyone stepped on someone's toes it was me in my post and, therefore, no apologies from me as the lost souls need to hear the gospel truth about our blessed Savior, Jesus, but in true love from the Christ-filled-heart which I hope I have, for I love Him very, very much!

God Bless!
Betty
