snagged this guy today.....also a pair of wheats..and my first bicentinal quarter...plus a bunch more .......
 
Congrats on the buffalo. I can't remember when I had one in my hand let alone find one. Good Job! This was going to be the first warm weekend in NY without snow, so instead we have two days of MONSOONS COMING. I can't get cut a break <img src="/metal/html/cry.gif" border=0 width=40 height=15 alt=":cry">

It seems like the first is hard to get, than after that they become easier.
I have been waiting for you to post some older coins and I bet I will be seeing more to come.

The onlt thing harder to come by than old coins is free time......I had a bunch...now I have hardly any....I have been finding wheats but dont bother to post those....my nickel count has been great,,,sov.===hot on nickels....maybe hotter on dimes....I really appericeate all the advice youve been givin me and it really has been the difference for me....man oh man.....the sov...what a detector....that coinsearch coil is smoking .. it really does the job....and the S1 probe...you cant hunt without it..Tahnks alot...I hope to be posting some more goodies outta this site...I hope to at least get in 5 hours over there this weekend...may have to be in two trips though as time is limited..good thing is the site is only about 10 minutes away..so I might be able to slip away.,,,
