My first gold with the Vista X 🙂

Was out yesterday and thought initially this could of been a small gold colour bottle cap to due to the markings I saw first, but after I wiped the mud away

turns out to what is believed to be a split ring but taking to the museum to confirm date if possible.

Ziggy, Thinking over your accomplishment on finding the Gold. Maybe most of us in the States have never hunted in your Country. My idea from some videos I've seen is, large areas of plowed farmland, mixed with your share of competition. Underneath, Centuries of England's history. Picking out Gold is always a event. Some other things I've seen is that Beach hunting is allowed, but not in public parks. Makes a hunters mouth water looking over the fence hiding what could be coins and such laying Ankle deep. Maybe if you get a little time, tell us how it is over there.
