my first silver coin !!! never thought I'd find it....lol

well I finally found my first silver coin. I got a 1942 quarter. I was at a coin shop in another town today buying some stuff for my son, and I asked him what the oldest park in town was. He told me, but he said that placed has been hunted to death, you will not find anything good there. Well I went anyways
I was dodging the rain clouds it kept sprinkling on me, but I wanted to find something before I left. First signal was a bottle cap, then about a foot away I got a quarter signal, and out popped my first silver, I made a little video, I almost ran to the car to get my camera, I was so excited. I also found a 1941 nickel close by as well, I need to hit that park again

Good going on finding silver, goes4ever! I knew it would be only a matter of time until you did and a silver quarter at that......most silver is so nice and shiny when it comes out of the ground......not like the ugly clad coins.....unless they've just been lost! WTG!
