That is a really nice one! My mother used to find them in the fields on the farm! She had some tiny arrowheads they used to catch birds with! Neat find! Congrats! :clapping: God Bless! Betty

Don't know much about them. They find them all over the place here, but I have only went out a couple of times, but did not find any. The one you have looks good.

Good for you! Nice find! I hunt for arrow heads. Of course I hunt for most anything. I metal detect, bottle hunt, privy dig, dump dive, rock hound, fossil hunt, wild flower and herb hunt, gems, Indian artifacts... you name it, and I probably hunt for it. It used to be easy to find arrow heads around here but they aren't as plentiful as they used to be. I guess people have picked enough of them up until it has thinned them out. My parents own 40 acres that has a creek running through it (this is where I grew up). There used to be an Indian village down on the creek on the land they own. I used to go down to the creek all the time when I was growing up and would come home with my pockets full! Arrowheads, paint pots, and other odds and ends that were left behind. Choctaw Indians were the ones who lived there. There were also Creek and Cherokee Indians in our area.
