my fog hunt.

didnt do to well. i wasnt used to MDing in gloves. It was cold out there. All I found was a toy plane and a dogs tag ( not to be confused with a military dog tag) from Castle AFB. Date was 1987 so not too old. I looked it up and Castle closed down in 1994. I was hoping it was my dogs old tag from when i was a kid but no luck. It was fun though tromping around my old child hood play grounds. Had a good time

Well, you didn't get skunked, dobbie, for a toy plane and a dog tag are something! Congrats on getting out and I have always worn gloves and couldn't detect without them, as they help protect my hands from rocks, glass and rusted metal and etc. Also kept them warm in the winter or when it was wet, muddy and chilly! But it is something you have to get used to digging with gloves on! God Bless! Betty
