I started on a new weight-loss plan the 1st of January-My Dr.told me by combining my walking regimen with dumbell exercises;that should be just the thing to lose it.He also said dont change my eating habits much;till I see results...WELL;LET ME TELL YA:I got on the scale today,and have lost4-1/2 lbs.since Jan 1ST!!!Im not starvin either:Walk 1-2 miles in the morning;weight-training exercises at night-Dr.said a person can burn calories up to 24 hrs.from weight training-Ya dont need a lot of weight,either...:thumbup:
