Had a good trip down to an old War of 1812 site yesterday to meet an old high school friend that lives across the state now, we hunted from 12:30 till dark & I found 3 musket balls a civilian flat button and the grand prize of the day!!!!!!

An 1819 Large cent that looks great, nice green patina and EF details...

I only have a few wheats & indians that are in display shape.
 
a hunt down there a few weeks back.
A script I cuff link 2nd regiment & a underwear button .
Old site has been hunted for years but just goes to show its never hunted out...
