My plans for Thanksgiving....

..Ive got reservation at a motel up north for Friday/Saturday after Thanksgiving......At one of them motels that shares a 1/4 mile sand beach right on Lake Huron!!!Some of these places are pricey-Up near $300/nightfor some of them at peak in the summer-Im gettin one for $60 a nite-Indoor pool,sauna;free breakfast;etc!!!BEST PART is I can detect the WHOLE BEACH-ALL1/4 MILE OF IT-'cause all these motels have an agreement the whole beach is for guests at any of them motels!!!NOW;I havent found any real pricey stuff at this beach in the past-But then again;I didnt think I would ever find a $1,000.00 14KT diamond ring near there in another town;either....ADVICE FROM THE WARTHOG: DO NOT NEGLECTING VOLLEY-BALL COURTS-Thats where I found that beauty of a ring last July......

...I hate to admit it;but since I live in Michigan(Detroit lions??Now the WOLVERINES???)....I just cant get into it this year...HOWEVER:The U OF M/MSU mix-up is this Saturday,I think...GO,WOLVERINES!!!As for all you Spartan fans,it doesnt matter-I still like you all; anyway.....

a long time since the Lions were any good, and Michigan has a new coach and a young team so they will get back in the groove in a year or two.
But I am a Cowboys fan since 1976 when I played my first year of rocket football. Don't get me wrong, I love to watch Michigan play and win, and I always root for the Lions unless the Cowboys are playing them. As for MSU, I guess they deserve their day in the sun this year. But i never root for the Irish or the Buckeyes!
