I've searched the internet and been to two coin dealers, neither of which have ever seen one of these coins and didn't have a clue what to tell me. So I have contacted Numismatic News ( coin collectors newspaper ) to see if they can come up with something. I hope to resolve this dilemma one of these days. If anybody knows anything spring it on me.
