My wife has got some kind of upper-respiratory nasty;and I finally figured out why my back has been bothering me-its NOT my job-NEXT GUESS-snow shoveling.....Stopped at church this morning on way home from work, had to clean sidewalks for tonite's Lent service-WELL;as soon as I started throwing snow,my old back started in with:rant::ranting:-could hardly walk by the time I was done...Just strain,I think-muscle spasms on my lower left side...Of course, being in my 50's has NOTHING to do with it....:nopity:

I will start praying now!

"Double -duty " prayers are being said for you and your wife so that you will both be well again very soon...

Hot soaks......hot soaks..... hot soaks....

get out of a chair then standing straight up isn't going to happen. Can't take any aspirin because of my coumadin so that Tylenol. Given a few days rest I usually feel better.

if there's a Menard's nearby you can get a back support that's lifetime guaranteed. It's made pretty cheap but when it goes bad just take it back. Keep the the part of the package that says "lifetime guaranteed" to show the sweet young things at the return counter. You still might have to explain that you don't want your money back just exchange. The other thing is apply heat.
Have a good one.

Paul, what is the brand name, please for that back support that you posted about? My husband 's back is an almost continual discomfort for him.

thank you
