Mystery of the missing ring solved - sorta. I have spooks in my house now I hink they are in my van..

Several days ago I found a nice sterling ring then lost it before I got home. Thought I had lost it at the park or in the grocery store parking lot on the way home. Today it mysteriously appeared. When I finished my hunt today I put my detector and tools back in the van and sat down on the lift gate sill as I always do to check out my finds.

When I arose to close the lift gate I looked down and there was the lost ring laying on the sill right where I had been sitting. Now I know it wasn't there before or I would have seen it and most certainly felt it if I had sat on it with my skinny butt. With all the bumpy places, plus speed bumps, I have driven over since the ring disappeared it certainly wouldn't have remained in that spot. So how it got there and when is a mind boggler. It's included in the pic along with a "Roscoe" ring I found today. The finds include two tokens, a gold key, and a polished stone. I hunted two more parks I have never been to before.
