Native copper

Betty's rock post got me looking at my copper collection. These are all detected - the native copper in the rough and the processed copper bracelet & ring. Some of you in Michigan must get these from time to time. Steve in so az

They not only find copper nuggets and some very big specimens, But they sometimes find copper spear points and other hand made items from a couple thousand years ago.

Nice bracelet , I have never found any copper in kentucky.

I've found copper but not in its natural state I don't think....mine have been copper tubing and such! I can't remember if I found any copper jewelry but may have, as I haven't looked through my jewelry, junk and trash collections for years! I kept the copper and other metals to turn in for cash, but haven't done it as yet! Did turn in some along time ago when my ex was still here and we were hunting together! Congrats on the nice finds, Steve! :clapping: :) God Bless! Betty
