NC OVAL BUCKLE

what would be the value of a NC oval belt buckle dug and in good shape?

If I dug it, it would be priceless. It would be an heirloom I would give to my Grandson who would put alot of historical and sentimental value on it. My W.O.N.A relics are not for sale and will never be for sale. I.M.H.O. they are irreplaceable.

I agree Grunter, if I dug it. It is in a collection that I am concidering purchasing.

Good on you Bloodhound1970. I've got a friend who is a W.O.N.A entrepreneur that buys and sells all, I'll ask him if I see him.

Hello Fellows.......I hate to sound like a Civil War dummy but what does W.O.N.A stand for?
Help me out here..........I'm scratching my head trying to figure it out?
THANKS........conehead

Who fired on fort Sumter? If the history books aren't right who is?

THANKS Grunter ........I see it now.........WOW.......can't believe I couldn't figure that one out???
I too believe that Civil War relics are priceless!
99% of everything I've found over the years is still in my collection.
I have wondered at times who I'm going to pass it along to when the time comes?

I keep most of what I find for myself and my boys, but I do enjoy giving the occasional dug item away to any youth showing sincere interest in our history.
