Need a bourbon chicken recipe from one of our cajun buddies, family secret recipes will be protected

Disclaimer: I haven't made any of these yet. I don't know if the recipe, verbatim, will work or not. It may or may not need "tweaking".

Bourbon Street Chicken
Yields:

4 # chicken fryer, cut into pieces

Saw the post and googled bourbon chicken. Found the recipe below. I made it and it was great, although I misread and didn't add the second amount of bourbon. Also, I noticed most recipes called for a bunch of brown sugar; the one I made doesn't have that. I don't like sugar with meat so probably prefer it that way. (Also I used cilantro instead of parsley.)
